The Family Carnival at the Scotland Juneteenth Heritage Festival is a can’t-miss event for the whole family!

Enjoy an action-packed day filled with high-energy performances, a lively parade, delicious eats from the area’s best food trucks, and non-stop fun with games, rides, a petting zoo, and so much more.

Be sure to join us by 2:00 PM for the Juneteenth Parade, featuring show-stopping performers, marching bands, dancers, and colorful floats as they parade through the park celebrating freedom, culture, and community with joy and pride!

From toddlers to teens (and yes, adults too!), there’s something for everyone. Come celebrate, play, and make unforgettable memories with us!

Parking: Please note that on-site parking at Cabin John Regional Park will be limited. FREE off-site parking will be available with convenient shuttle service to and from Cabin John Regional Park. Full shuttle schedule and pick-up points will be announced soon.

Entry to the park is FREE. However, tickets are required to access all Festival attractions, including rides, games, and activity areas.
