We’re excited to light up the night sky with fireworks on Juneteenth, in celebration of Emancipation Day.
Fireworks Extravaganza
Before our Festival day comes to a close, we'll light up the night sky with a spectacular fireworks display at Shirley Povich Field at 9:00 PM, just a short walk from the Carnival.

When to Arrive
Fireworks begin promptly at 9:00 PM, but we encourage you to come early to grab a great viewing spot. Starting at 5:00 PM, enjoy live music and local food trucks—perfect for a little pre-show tailgating.
Transportation
Shuttles will be available to take guests to and from Povich Field. We’ll be sharing the full shuttle schedule and satellite parking locations soon—stay tuned!
Viewing Sites
Multiple designated viewing areas will be available across the park. A full map of the best spots will be posted ahead of the event.
What to Bring
Pack for comfort! We suggest water, handheld fans, picnic blankets or lawn chairs, and your favorite snacks. Food and drinks will also be available for purchase from local vendors on-site.
